Renee and I walked the Glass City 5K this morning! It was cold and drizzled a bit here and there, but it was great. We left the house at abut 6:45 in the morning, and started the 5k at about 8:30. A nice walk indeed!

We ended our busy Saturday with the MVCDS annual gala. It’s always a wonderful event and this year did not disappoint. The venue – a converted horse stable – was beautiful, and we had a chance to catch up with some old friends. Fewer people from our era seem to be attending these days. I think next year we’ll try to rally the troops beforehand to help with that. Great night for a great cause.
