¶It’s time to pick my next book to read. I make this process a little too complicated, treating as if I’m facing a decision that commits me to a years-long relationship. It’s a few-weeks, tops, and should be a relatively easy decision. I’ll decide by tonight.
¶I taught Jonathan how to drive the Spitfire today, putting him into the small percentage of young people who can drive a manual transmission. We talked afterwards about how much more fun it is to drive than an automatic. Yep - when you know, you know!
¶Now both boys can drive a car with a manual stick shift. I’m considering that a point of pride as a father!
