Starting the day off right, with coffee outside. It’s a little chilly for Renee, though. Blanket required. I’m in shorts.

We’re ending the day just as we started it, out by the pool with Teddy. No coffee, though, as we’ve largely dropped it from our evening routine.
It’s fairly dark out but not quiet — there’s a chorus of crickets and other creatures, occasionally punctuated by a plane passing overhead or a car or two going by.
